DESCRIPTION:Envir. Workshop for Kids!\nA hands-on environmental workshop that introduces children to the outdoors and responsible recreation will be held May 30 at Wenatchee Public Library. \nThe free Leave No Trace event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. It will include interactive instruction and activities and information on how to become a Leave No Trace steward. \nSince 1999\, Subaru of America and the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics have teamed up each summer to teach skills and techniques to reduce the impact of outdoor activities on the environment. \nFor more information\, please contact Kim Neher at 663-1117\, ext. 1117 or kneher@ncrl.org.
