DESCRIPTION:Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance presents- \nBeginner-Intermediate Youth Skill Camp\, Ages 9-12\nJuly 24-27\, 9-noon\nSquilchuck\, Wenatchee\n$130/$165 non-member \nCalling all kids ages 9-12! Come join us for a 4-day\, 3 hours a day\, mountain bike camp. The class will teach the basics of mountain biking in a fun and exciting class for the younger crowd.\nClass size limit 12 \nThis class will focus on: \nBody Position and Balance\nBraking\nClimbing and Descending Techniques\nGearing and Shifting\nFront and Rear Wheel Lift\nTrail Skills including roll downs and berms\nCornering \nEach student will be responsible for supplying their own working bike and a helmet. DESCRIPTION:Weekday MTB World Championships\nWenatchee Valley MTB Weekday World Championships Presents- \nThe Wenatchee Valley MTB Weekday World Championship Series (aka Champs at the ‘Chuck ) are coming to Squilchuck State Park almost every Tuesday throughout the summer beginning May 30. Our goal is to create a central racing venue to bring together the Valley’s cycling community for kids riders of all abilities. \nNever raced before? No problem\, come on up and give it a shot\, and consider joining one of our pre-race clinics. \nAre you a kid\, 6-9 years old and want to give bike racing a try? We are here for you! Come up to the ‘Chuck and take one of our Junior ride clinics\, and consider joining our Junior development cycling program (more on that coming soon).\nParents\, drop off your kid OR stay awhile and race!
