Steve loved to ski and golf. Proceeds from this event go toward avalanche education. DESCRIPTION:Date: April 7\, 2018 at 9am is an event by Central WA Evergreen and the Chelan Douglas Land Trust called Sagefest.  Building off the success and effectiveness of Evergreen’s work-party weekend that has maintained Devil’s Gulch and the Mission Ridge Trail for the past several years\, Evergreen and CDLT are partnering for a one day work party to maintain trail\, break new trail\, and ride in the Sage Hills before finishing the day with a BBQ at the Horse Lake Trailhead.  If you ride sage\, you should come out on April 7 to help with brush cutting (balsamroot) rut repairs\, drainage and improvements (homestead and glacier view) and if we have enough people\, to work on a NEW TRAIL!! (Burt’s Trail).  Put it on your calendars now and follow up with Central WA Evergreen’s website (https://cwevergreenmtb.org/) or the land trust’s website (https://www.cdlandtrust.org) to receive additional details as they are known.  For now\, plan to meet at the Horse Lake Trailhead at 9am.  Riding your bike to the event is encouraged!
