This program covers strength and cardiovascular endurance specific to hiking trails\, equipment suggestions\, a permit list\, and a list of trails with varying levels of difficulty. \n12 one hour sessions \nAccountability\, comradery and fun \nLead by a Certified Personal trainer \nGroup HIKE at the completion of the program \nMember $60 // Community Member $90
