SUMMARY:Ohme Gnomie Painting Class & Contest!
DESCRIPTION:GNOME & FAIRY PAINTING CLASS CONTEST \nHosted by Inspirations Ceramic Art Cafe and Ohme Gardens \nJoin us for a fun and creative evening in the Gardens! \nThe Ohme Gardens Gnome & Fairy hunt has been a huge success.  Over 1\,000 visitors have combed the Gardens searching for these elusive characters this season.  Thank you to everyone who joined in the quest. \nNow\, to add to the fun\, we are offering an opportunity for you to create your own gnome or fairy!\nIn conjunction with Inspirations Ceramic & Art Café we will be offering a paint-a-gnome/fairy ceramics class.  Similar to other classes held this season\, artists (beginners and experienced alike)\, will be given a “blank” figure to paint any way they like.  Inspirations will fire the pieces in their kiln and have them ready for pick-up at their studio in Wenatchee one week later.   (400 – 9th Street.)\nAs a bonus\, you may enter your gnome or fairy as a contestant in our online Ohme Gnomie Contest.  The winning gnome & fairy will join the rest of our team hiding in the Gardens next season. Your gnome may become part of this new Ohme tradition.\nThe class will be held on the Lower Lawn.  All supplies needed: paint\, brushes\, as well as your blank figurine will be provided to complete your magical character. \nFriday\, September 20\, 2019\nClass Fee: $29 (Includes glazing & firing.)\nAges 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.\nMore information:  Inspirations Ceramic & Art Café – 509-888-2464.
