DESCRIPTION:This event is hosted by Wenatchee River Institute \nSince it’s already a winter wonderland in Leavenworth\, WRI is kickstarting snowshoeing earlier into the holiday season this year! Join WRI for a two-hour snowshoe stroll with knowledgeable naturalists through Waterfront Park in Leavenworth. You will learn about the natural and cultural history of Leavenworth with many scenic views along the way. Snowshoes are provided. This walk is at a beginner level. Registration online is required\, general admission (ages 6+) is $10 and free for children 5 and under.
