DESCRIPTION:Location: Squilchuck State Park \nThe first installment of Championships at the ‘Chuck is back (since 2018) beginning Tuesday Sept 5th and will continue every week through September\, so come on up to get your fitness on and invite your friends and fellow riders.\nRacing starts at 5:30pm but get up there early to register and warm up on the course.\nSpread the word and lets bring back some midweek racing to the Wenatchee Valley! Your participation will help make our Student League riders fast\, and will help support our community.\nKids under 20 are free\, adults are $15\, and all money goes back to our local youth cycling teams. DESCRIPTION:You’re invited! TREAD is convening three community input events where you can tell us all your biggest wishes and ideas for outdoor recreation opportunities in Douglas County. This will be a fun event where you get to draw on maps and use stickers to make your voice heard. If you have any thoughts on what you’d like to see improved\, enhanced\, or developed in regard to outdoor recreation in Douglas County please join one of the events.\nAll the ideas generated from these events will be compiled into a plan that will provide Douglas County and its stakeholders a reference to use to apply for future funding for project-specific outdoor recreation. It will also provide a roadmap for TREAD’s effort to increase sustainable trails and economic development through diverse partnerships and community leadership while advancing outdoor recreation for sustainability and accessibility for current and future users.\nBridgeport: September 26th at the Bridgeport Elementary School 5:30-7 PM\n\nAll events will have Spanish translators.\n\nFor more information click here.
