Join CDLT and CVCH on a Hike for your Health\, on Saturday April 13th. This 8-month series of Saturday morning outings will take you to different areas in North Central Washington where you can connect to nature for FREE. A guided walk is offered for every event in the series. Arrive anytime between 9am-11am to walk the trails and receive a raffle ticket entry to win amazing health focused prizes. The guided walk for this date will begin at 9:15am and end at 11:00am. During the guided walk you will learn about the area’s plants\, wildlife\, and history. The event is open to all ages and will be led in both English and Spanish. You do not have to participate on the guided walk to receive a raffle ticket entry. \n🌱April’s location is the Loop Trail & Coyote Dunes\, in East Wenatchee. This walk will be 1.2 miles and 27 feet of elevation gain on a wide paved trail then a sandy trail. Registration to participate is not required but appreciated. Únase a CDLT y CVCH en una caminata por su Salud. Esta serie de 8 meses de salidas los sábados por la mañana los llevará a diferentes áreas del centro norte de Washington donde podrá conectarse con la naturaleza GRATIS. Llegue entre las 9 a. m. y las 11 a. m. para caminar por los senderos y recibir un boleto para la rifa y ganar increíbles premios centrados en la salud. La caminata guiada para este evento comenzará a las 9:15 am y finalizará a las 11:00 am. Durante la caminata guiada aprenderá sobre las plantas\, la vida silvestre y la historia del área. La caminata guiada está abierta a todas las edades y será en inglés y español. Many kids’ activities and opportunities to learn and be inspired about all things recycling\, composting\, gardening\, nature and water conservation\, trail accessibility\, bicycling\, sustainable and organic products\, upcycled crafts\, birding\, electric vehicles and more! \nNew this year\, we’re welcoming five music groups\, a local poet\, food vendors (with zero waste!) computer and small device recycling\, and bilingual interpreters and signage! \nMore information: www.sustainablencw.org/earth-day-fair \nSNCW Feria del Día de la Tierra el sábado\, 4/13 en Pybus reunirá a más de 40 diferentes organizaciones\, clubes y empresas que son “botas en la tierra” que conduce el camino hacia un futuro sostenible.
