DESCRIPTION:Join the Wenatchee River Institute for a two-hour Spring Saunter with one of our knowledgeable naturalists. Walk with us through Waterfront Park as summer returns to the valley. You will learn about the natural and cultural history of Leavenworth with many scenic views along the way! What are plants and animals doing as everything wakes back up after winter? \nLimit: 14 participants – Registration required\nDifficulty: Beginner\, up to two miles roundtrip. One short decline\, then flat. Trails are packed dirt and gravel.\nAccessibility: Not fully ADA accessible due to gravel trails \nCost – Pay What You Can: \nWe offer the Pay What You Can model in recognition that paying for education programs looks different for different people. \nThese price suggestions are based on the costs to WRI to put on this program.
