DESCRIPTION:Date: Saturday\, April 5 \nTime: 10:00am-12:00pm \nLocation: Kenzie’s Landing \nChelan-Douglas Land Trust (CDLT) and the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society (WVHS)\, with the support of The East Wenatchee Dog Pack\, are hosting the 2nd Annual Pets & People Outdoors. This event aims to build community by creating opportunities for people and their pets to come together and experience the beauty of the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust’s protected trails. \nJoin us for a fun event at Kenzie’s Landing on April 5\, 2025\, from 10:00am-12:00pm. Registration is encouraged. Please register below.  \nWe will have a marked walking route\, pet contest\, photo booth\, FREE food\, training stations\, veterinarians\, and vendor booths. \nWin Prizes! We will have a raffle and two different contests! \nContest #1: Cutest Owner & Dog Duo: Dress yourself (or the whole family) and your dog up in matching outfits and be entered to win a raffle basket. \nContest #2: Social Media Star: Take a picture of your dog on the trail\, tag the picture with #Pets&PeopleOutdoors. The post with the highest number of likes wins! \nTraining stations will include: \n\nPets and Wildlife impact by Officer Riley Chabot\nPet First Aid by Dr. Bozarth from WVHS\n\nVendors: \n\nFirehouse Petshop\nPetco\n\nDonations are welcome. Soak up some sun while you search for the plastic flamingos with numbers on them hidden around the mountain. \nTurn in flamingo for fun prizes with the Grand Prize being a 2025/26 Season Pass!
