DESCRIPTION:Date: Saturday\, April 5 \nTime: 10:00am-12:00pm \nLocation: Kenzie’s Landing \nChelan-Douglas Land Trust (CDLT) and the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society (WVHS)\, with the support of The East Wenatchee Dog Pack\, are hosting the 2nd Annual Pets & People Outdoors. This event aims to build community by creating opportunities for people and their pets to come together and experience the beauty of the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust’s protected trails. \nJoin us for a fun event at Kenzie’s Landing on April 5\, 2025\, from 10:00am-12:00pm. Registration is encouraged. Please register below.  \nWe will have a marked walking route\, pet contest\, photo booth\, FREE food\, training stations\, veterinarians\, and vendor booths. \nWin Prizes! We will have a raffle and two different contests! \nContest #1: Cutest Owner & Dog Duo: Dress yourself (or the whole family) and your dog up in matching outfits and be entered to win a raffle basket. \nContest #2: Social Media Star: Take a picture of your dog on the trail\, tag the picture with #Pets&PeopleOutdoors. The post with the highest number of likes wins! \nTraining stations will include: \n\nPets and Wildlife impact by Officer Riley Chabot\nPet First Aid by Dr. Bozarth from WVHS\n\nVendors: \n\nFirehouse Petshop\nPetco\n\nDonations are welcome.
