SUMMARY:Confluence Health Adaptive Cycling
DESCRIPTION:Confluence Health has four adaptive cycling events planned for this year! These events are FREE and open to everyone in our community ages 7 to 105+ with cognitive\, physical\, and/or sensory disabilities. Outdoors for All will be providing a variety of adaptive bikes including handcycles\, trikes\, recumbents and tandems for participants to ride on the Loop Trail at their leisure. We will not be scheduling specific appointments so participants can drop in and ride at any time during event hours. \nPlease come join us at Walla Walla Point Park in Wenatchee on: \n\nSaturday\, May 31\, 11:00 to 3:00\nFriday\, June 27\, 3:00 to 7:00\n\nSaturday\, August 23\, 11:00 to 3:00\n\n\nSaturday\, September 27\, 11:00 to 3:00\n\n\n\nPlease see the attached flyers and distribute to anyone that might be interested in joining us. You are also welcome to post flyers and share on social media to help us get the word out. DESCRIPTION:Join Central Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance Saturday\, September 27th from 4:00-10:00 as we celebrate one of the BEST trail systems in the Wenatchee Valley with an epic evening of adventure and community! Proceeds support Central Washington Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance.\nWhat’s Happening:\n• 4pm – Beer garden & food truck opens\n• 7pm – Dark Side group bike ride\, trail run & hike (non-timed\, ride/run at your own pace!)\n• 10pm – After-party end \nGroup Ride & Run/Hike\nThe group ride and run/hike will begin at 7 PM and last approximately 1-1.5 hours.\nCome prepared for a fun\, safe experience! Bring a bike light\, reflective clothing\, water\, and safety gear.\nThis is a laid-back event where you can ride or run at your own pace. \nGet creative and participate in our “Light Up the Night” competition! Win the award for the best decorated bike or most creative (and glowing) running costume. \nAdditional Details: \n\nCamping available all weekend!
