DESCRIPTION:Women’s Escape is your gateway to a better ski day. \nWorking in small groups with our best women coaches\, you’ll build skills\, confidence\, and flow while having a blast doing it. You could come up early for a coffee and then meet us at Ka Wham Café. We’ll take it to the snow from 10:00 am–12:00 pm\, leaving you plenty of time for afternoon laps with friends new and old. \nChoose the day you’d like to join. We encourage you to come multiple Tuesdays throughout the season to keep progressing and keep the stoke rolling. \nAfter your 5th lesson\, your next one is FREE. Bonus: Participation in our Friday Carve Club also counts toward your five. \nLift Access\nLift access not included. If you do not have a Season Pass\, please purchase the Women’s Escape All Mountain Access Day Pass ($45) for the day of your session. \nWhat to Bring / Know Before You Go \n\nPlease arrive a little early to get settled and ready to head out on time.\nDress for mountain conditions\, bring water\, and consider a snack for after your session.\nHelmets are strongly recommended.\n\nFind more information on Mission Ridge Events Page.

DESCRIPTION:The Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest\, put on by the Wenatchee River Institute and North Central Washington Audubon Society\, occurs every 3rd weekend in May. The annual Leavenworth Spring Bird Fest promotes conservation through educational and recreational activities about birds\, wildlife\, and their environments. \nCome bird with us\, discovering the natural beauty and wonders of North Central Washington! Celebrate the return of migratory birds in the midst of peak wildflower season. Enjoy the excitement of birding field trips and workshops. Take part in speaker events\, music\, visual arts\, picnics\, and activities for all ages and abilities. All of this is happening in beautiful Leavenworth\, WA and throughout the Wenatchee River Valley. Bird Fest happens in association with World Migratory Bird Day.
