Skiers will work through progressive techniques\, with the goal of independently skiing gentle terrain by the end of the clinic. \nClinic Includes\n\n2 hours of ski instruction on Saturday (10 AM – 12 PM)\n\nClinic Prices\n\n$90.00 Adult\n$50.00 Child\n\nNot Included\n\nTrail Pass- $28/day or 20% off a 2024/25 PVST Seasons Pass. DESCRIPTION:PVST Clinic for Classic Technique \nSaturday\, February 15th\, 2025 \nCatered lunch at Mountain Springs Lodge \nCost: $180 \nThis day clinic includes: \n\nCatered lunch at Mountain Springs Lodge.\n4 hours of group ski instruction for beginners to intermediates from 10am-noon\, lunch 12-1pm\, 1-3pm\nSki Waxing Clinic after the instruction.\n\nWhat is NOT INCLUDED \n\nTrail Pass- available at the trailhead with QR code\, or 20% off Season Pass. You will get a code with your confirmation to receive your discount.\nSki Rentals. Both classic and skate ski packages are available at Plain Hardware\, across the street from the ski trails in Plain. https://www.plainhardware.com/ski-rentals-trail-passes\nIf renting gear\, please arrive at least 1 hour early to provide adequate time for appropriate sizing.\nSki Instructor gratuity.\n\nImportant Clinic Information \n\nWe will meet at 10am at the Meadow Loop Trailhead at the Welcome Kiosk on the Plain Valley Ski Trails https://www.skiplain.com/maps.  Parking is free.\nSchedule for the day may vary depending on skiers level and personal goals. Here is an example of what to expect:\n\nBeginners: \n10-10:30- Introductions\, basic information regarding equipment\, how to get up when you fall\, and how to stop. \n10:30-noon- Beginner progressions for classic or skate techniques. \n12-1pm- LUNCH Mountain Springs Lodge \n1-2pm- Learn techniques to climb and go down gradual hills. \n2-3pm- Putting it all together and ski! \n3:15-3:45- Wax Clinic \nIntermediate: \n10-10:15- Introductions\, go over personal goals for the day. \n10:15-Noon- Learn new drills to improve technique \n12-1pm- LUNCH at Mountain Springs Lodge. \n1-2pm- Climbing and descending hills\, cornering\, or focus on individual needs. \n2-3pm- Free ski with instructors. \n3:15-3:45- Wax Clinic \n\nPlease dress for the weather. Wear layers\, a waterproof coat if it is snowing\, or raining. WE HOLD CLINIC RAIN OR SNOW!\nYoga will be available on Sunday morning from 8:30-9:30. We need at least 3 people to register for this class.
