Thank you. \nForest Riders \nEvent Type: Youth Camps\nDate: Mon\, Jun 22\, 2020\nAges: 6-12\nTime: 9am-noon\nCost: $175.00\n$140.00 Members\nRiding Area: Leavenworth Ski Hill \nDetails\nCome join us for a 5-day\, 3 hours a day\, mountain bike camp. In this class we will review the basics of mountain biking\, and also introduce more specific skills such as track stands\, front and rear wheel lifts\, wheelies\, trail building and basic bike maintenance. Be prepared to ride some trails and play some games! \nEach student will be responsible for supplying their own working bike and a helmet. This class is geared towards 6-12-year-olds. No previous mountain biking experience required. Scholarships and bikes are available for those who need help. Thank you. \nHosted by Rendezvous Ranch \nLocation: 9140 Nahahum Canyon Road\, Cashmere WA 98815 \nWomen in the Wilderness was last offered 13 years ago by Washington Guides and Outfitters. At Rendezvous Ranch\, we believe this special program was so beneficial to women that we want to offer it once again. Yes\, this course is for women and taught by women. The different skills offered are Mountain Trail through obstacles\, packing and rigging\, and Dutch oven cooking. There will also be an introduction to the benefits of equine natural hoof care and barefoot trimming as opposed to traditional farrier methods. \nThese skills are taught by experienced horsewomen with years of combined expertise. Each night you will enjoy a hearty Dutch oven dinner that you have helped create and prepare. All instruction will be at Rendezvous Ranch. If you have a special interest not listed\, please let us know when you register\nand we will see if we can accommodate your wishes.
