SUMMARY:View of the NW Through An Artist's Lens (Online)
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by North Cascades Institute \nClass Tuition-$10 \nJoin Chris Viau\, a professional landscape artist\, for an evening of poetry and original works of art inspired by the splendor of Fall in the Pacific Northwest! \nThrough chalk pastel drawings and watercolor paintings\, Viau will showcase his favorite landscapes: sunrises\, sunsets\, rivers\, lakes\, mountains and forests. You will have the opportunity to learn how Viau’s unique vantage point of being an artist with cerebral palsy informs his connection to nature. Viau will also provide an inside view into his alternative art making practice at progressive studio\, Arts Of Life\, in Glenview\, Illinois. \nCome and let your soul be soothed by imagery and live poetry reading inspired by a common love of nature. \nFor more information and to register click here.
