This event is free to the public; however\, day-use visitors will require a Discover Pass on their vehicle for parking.This event takes place within the South Park. This will be our dinner!  \n\n\n\nMax 20 People \n\n\n\nWho are the Plain Valley Adventure Women? \n\n\n\nPlain Valley Adventure Women (PVAW) seek to bring women together to explore\, connect\, improve their outdoor skills and enjoy the diverse activities our community offers\, in a fun and supportive environment.  PVAW support the Plain Valley Nordic Team (PVNT) through volunteering and program fees that are used to support the PVNT Scholarship Fund.  PVAW and PVNT are Plain Valley Ski Trails programs\, a community supported 501 (c)(3) non-profit. \n\n\n\nPVAW 2024 Summer Program Registration ($200.00) \n\n\n\n* All net proceeds of PVAW support the PVNT youth ski education programs that train year-round. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Try on their gear\, hop on the engine\, andlearn how they fight fires. \n\n\n\nJoin us at 10 a.m. in the South Park Amphitheater where Lake Wenatchee Fire & Rescue personnel talkabout fire safety and show their gear and fire engines to the crowd. See how much gear they carry andwhy\, you can even try them on yourself! Ever sprayed a fire hose? Give it a try at the Junior FirefighterProgram. This event is great for all ages! The program is subject to cancellation if Fire Department iscalled out for an emergency. \n\n\n\nThis event takes place at the South Park Amphitheater. SUMMARY:The Chumlilies - Mountain Melodies Concert Series
DESCRIPTION:2024 Mountain Melodies Concert Series \n\n\n\nSinging\, dancing and alpine air! This concert series at Lake Wenatchee State Park features performances by great musicians and dancers amid the majestic mountain lake views. \n\n\n\nTime: All concerts are 8-9 p.m. \n\n\n\nLocation: South Park Amphitheater at Lake Wenatchee State Park \n\n\n\nThe Chumlilies are a four-piece string band sprouting from the Wenatchee Valley featuring acoustic guitar\, banjo\, fiddle and bass. Their first rehearsals transpired in a small yurt on the Chumstick Highway in 2019 and now they play throughout Washington. All members are vocalists\, composers and multi instrumentalists who write original tunes. Their passion for music and collaboration has fused them into a fun\, loving family band. They recorded their first full-length album ‘Runaway Wild’ in 2020 and released their second full-length album ‘Roots in real thick Mud’ in 2023. Their music has been described as Americana\, Country-Roll and Folkgrass. Their original tunes swirl with enchanting three-part harmonies\, vivid lyricism and strikingly gorgeous composition. They soften you with their charm\, transport you with their talents and bring you home with their genuine hearts. \n\n\n\nAnnual or One Day Discover Pass is required for vehicle access. Discover Passes are available online and at park entrance.  \n\n\n\nThis event is accessible to persons with disabilities.
