Fuel Your Endurance: Nutrition for Endurance Sports

FreeThis event is geared towards those who want to learn more about fueling for endurance sport activities. The presentation will be led by Hannah Robinson, registered dietitian at Ridgeline Nutrition. We will meet at the park where Hannah discusses ways to fuel for physical activities during and post workout to keep you feeling stronger out in the trails. Snacks and a homemade electrolyte recipe will be provided.
