Have you ever been flummoxed by the complexity, size and technical jargon in the Flora of the Pacific Northwest (2nd edition) based on the original manual published in 1973 by C. Leo Hitchcock and Arthur Cronquist.  Join retired Forest Service Botanist Joan Frazee for a fun ‘intro to keying’ session at Ski Hill.  We will gather outside the lodge for a general orientation session.  Hand lenses will be available. Our objective will be to become more comfortable with the Flora as we work our way through the key with some plant specimens on site.
