Bring a costume your boat, and some Halloween spirit!! SUPs, kayaks, canoes and rowing shells are all welcome! We’ll meet at the swim/boat launch area of Confluence State Park at 2:00pm and paddle down to Pybus Market. The WRPC boat trailer and a Link Transit Bus will be available at Pybus.
