Hosted by Chelan Douglas Land Trust
Location: Horse Lake Reserve
A variety of habitat types provide shelter for many bird species at CDLT’s Horse Lake Reserve. Join NCWAS’s Neal Hedges and CDLT’s Elisa Lopez for this early-morning birding trip above the Wenatchee Valley during prime birding season.
Registration required. Limited to 10 participants.
This birding event will last about 5 hours and we will walk a total of 5 miles with 1000 feet of elevation gain. Driving 3 miles on a steep dirt road (Horse Lake Road) is required. We will walk the old ranch road and on sections of the Apricot Crisp Trail. More information will be emailed to participants after registration.
