CDLT Member Event: White River Snowshoe Tour
March 7 @ 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
FreeJoin Chelan-Douglas Land Trust for a Snowshoe tour of the White River led by Elisa Lopez and Ayla Medina Ulloa. The trip leader will discuss the importance of this special area to forests, birds, mammals, salmon, and water resources.
Stops on the tour will highlight conifer diversity, animal tracks, conservation projects, and the historical use of the land. We’ll have a chance to warm up at Tall Timber Ranch Lodge halfway through the day.
Snowshoers should be able to walk over difficult terrain on snowshoes for 3 hours in winter weather. Snowshoes will be provided, although we encourage you to bring your own if you have some. Please specify when you register if you will need snowshoes.
Carpooling will be available. Please let us know in the comments below if you are interested.
Limited space available. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN FEBRUARY 2026.
This is a members-only event. If you’re not yet a member of the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust, we warmly invite you to become a member by making a donation of any amount here.
