Connecting with nature aids our physical, mental, and emotional health. Join CDLT and CVCH on a Hike for your Health, on Saturday, September 14th. This 8-month series of Saturday morning outings will take you to different areas in North Central Washington where you can connect to nature for FREE. A guided walk is offered for every event in the series. Arrive anytime between 7 am-9 am to walk the trails and receive a raffle ticket entry to win amazing health focused prizes. The guided walk for this date will begin at 7:15 am and end at 9:00 am. During the guided walk you will learn about the area’s plants, wildlife, and history. The event is open to all ages and will be led in English and Spanish. You do not have to participate in the guided walk to receive a raffle ticket entry.
