Hosted by RunWenatchee.
The Horse Lake 25K, 10-Mile and 5-Mile Trail Runs are held on the 1,700-acre Horse Lake Reserve, located in the Wenatchee Foothills near the city of Wenatchee, and owned by the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust. The reserve is known for its plant life and stunning views of the North Cascades and the Wenatchee River and Columbia River valleys. This 6th-annual trail run event is again a fundraiser for the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust. Proceeds will be go directly to trail construction and maintenance at the Horse Lake Reserve.
Course description: The trail runs utilize the Homestead, Apricot Crisp and Glacier View trails. These trails are nicely graded single and double track.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in our region, the 2020 Horse Lake Trail Runs will be virtual with continued fundraising support for the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust (CDLT) for trail development and maintenance of these beautiful trails.
