Naturalist Walk with CDLT and WRI

Join CDLT and the Wenatchee River Institute on Wednesday, May 8th for a guided walk at Mountain Home Ridge. This 5-week series of Wednesday outings will take you to different areas in North Central Washington where you can connect to nature for FREE. The walk for this date will begin at 4:30pm and end at 6:30pm. During the guided walk you will learn about the area’s plants, wildlife, and history. The event is open to all ages and will be led in both English and Spanish.

This Mountain Home Ridge walk will be 2 miles and 650 feet of elevation gain. Registration to participate is not required but appreciated. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with more details on where to meet and how to prepare, and a reminder email two days before the event.

Únase a CDLT y Wenatchee River Institute en una caminata por Mountain Home Ridge. Esta serie de salidas de los miércoles de 5 semanas lo llevará a diferentes áreas del centro norte de Washington donde podrá conectarse con la naturaleza GRATIS. La caminata para esta fecha comenzará a las 4:30pm y finalizará a las 6:30pm. Durante la caminata guiada aprenderá sobre las plantas, la vida silvestre y la historia de la zona. El evento está abierto a todas las edades y se llevará a cabo en inglés y español.

Esta caminata por Mountain Home Ridge será de 2 millas y 650 pies de desnivel. No es necesario registrarse para participar, pero se agradece. Una vez que se registre, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación con más detalles sobre dónde reunirse y cómo prepararse, y un correo electrónico recordatorio dos días antes del evento.
