Ski/Gear Swap
The ski swap is a great event to sell your unused equipment that has been collecting dust and to find new equipment you can use! You can swap or purchase ski and human powered gear, watch ski flicks, enjoy music, and socialize.
**10×10 booth spots are first come, first serve on the day of the event. No reservation or purchase ahead of time**
Date: Sunday, October 27, 2019 – One Day Event
Location: Leavenworth Festhalle
Schedule:
08:30AM – 10:00AM ~ Booth & Gear Set-Up. Man Your Personal Booth. Bring Your Own Tarp
10:00AM – 12:00PM ~ Doors Open ~ Ski/Gear Swap
12:00PM – 01:00PM ~ Swap ends, pack up and clean up
Acceptable Gear: Nordic, Alpine (DIN Standard), AT/Backcountry, Snowboard, Any Human Powered Sports Gear

Funds: Proceeds Benefit The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club
Admission: Entry: $7 Per Person or $20 Per Family

Swap Seller Fees: Private Sellers Get A 10×10 Space = $25
Commercial Vendors: $150
*Admission tickets and selling spaces will be sold at the door day of.
Payment Forms: Cash Or Check For Swap Purchases
Cash, Check Or Credit Card For Anything Else

Donated Gear: Sold By The LWSC Nordic & Alpine Team
Donate your used gear to the Nordic team if you don’t want to be present to sell: Support Local Youth
*** if you have ski gear that is ancient & you just want it to go away ***
Don’t send it to the landfill, give it another chance at life!
Please bring this equipment also to the ski swap to the Ski Team booth and look for the specific bucket to place it in. There is a processing fee to get it transferred so we are asking for a suggested donation: $5 per pair of skis/snowboard and $2 per pair of poles
