Most of us recycle, but there is much we do not know about what happens with it when the truck takes it away. Did we put the right items in our bin? Were our items clean enough?
Non-profit Methow Recycles was envisioned by a group of individuals who imagined a community with easier and more comprehensive access to recycling. Miles, operations manager, will talk about the “hidden” realities of recycling and how to improve that process from home, all of us becoming more responsible with our waste!

The first of a series, there will be more about sustainability, reducing waste in our day to day lives, plastic pollution and making our own shampoo, selected Mondays until July!
