Running Speed Group
For intermediate to advanced runners, join WenOut team member Marlene Farrell for early morning speed intervals to help runners who like to race or to stay in shape. Marlene and crew meet weekly on Wednesdays, and location and time can vary. However, for this one the group is meeting at PD Elementary at 6:30am.
