In this course you will learn what to pack, how to move a victim (building stretchers, etc.) water rescues, tourniquets, possible wilderness injuries, teamwork (who makes the decisions) and prolonged patient care. Build a short (0.1 mile) section of wildlife-friendly fence on the western boundary of the Horse Lake Reserve. Expect to dig postholes, pound steel t-posts, and pull and staple wire.
