WenOut Tuesday Series-River Walk Starting at Pybus

Pybus 3 N Worthen St, Wenatchee, WA, United States

Join WenOut team member Rebecca for a fun and leisurely walk along the loop trail. Meet outside of Pybus on the South Plaza of the Pybus Public Market at the top of the stairs to the loop trail. The walk will be about 3 miles on the Apple Capital Loop trail, out 1.5 miles and back 1.5 miles, meeting and ending at Pybus. RSVP at the button below. Looking forward to having you join us!

WenOut Tues Series – Leavenworth Intro to Adding Speed to Your Running

Join WenOut Board member Marlene at Enchantment Park (300 Enchantment Park Way, Leavenworth) for fun and easy running on the wide river trails of Enchantment Park and Blackbird Island. Marlene will introduce the topic of adding intervals or fartleks to your runs to help gain strength, aerobic capacity and help you prepare for a community 5k. We’ll do a few intervals (with rest after) appropriate for all skill levels. Total running, ~4 miles.
