With Summer Chinook spawning in the Wenatchee area right now and Coho coming back to spawn up the Icicle River near Leavenworth, now is a great time to get out with your family and view
our local fish in their native habitat.
Summer Chinook can be viewed from the Confluence pedestrian bridge overlooking the Wenatchee River as well as in Leavenworth from Blackbird Island. They also spawn near Leavenworth and up to Lake Wenatchee.
Please use safe viewing practices and respect all signage and private property boundaries. A more comprehensive location guide to view salmon can be found here as well as additional safe viewing practices. Get out and get fishy and enjoy fall!
