Leavenworth Winter Sports Club Presents-
The ski swap is a great event to sell your unused equipment that has been collecting dust and to find new equipment you can use! You can swap or purchase ski and human powered gear, watch ski flicks, enjoy music, and socialize.
Date: Sunday, October 28, 2018 – One Day Event
Time: Open To Public – 11:00AM – 3:00PM
Seller & Vendor Set-Up – 10:00AM
Location: Leavenworth Festhalle
Acceptable Gear: Nordic, Alpine (DIN Standard), AT/Backcountry, Snowboard, Any Human Powered Sports Gear
Funds: Proceeds Benefit The Leavenworth Winter Sports Club

10:00AM – 11:00AM ~ Booth & Gear Set-Up. Man Your Personal Booth. Bring Your Own Tarp
11:00AM – Doors Open ~ Start The Festivities
11:00AM – 1:00PM ~ Ski/Gear Swap
11:00AM – 3:00PM ~ No Host Bar and Food
1:00PM – 3:00PM ~ Food & Drinks, Music, Socializing & Fundraising. Shift Gears. Vendor Load Up.

Swap Seller Fees: Private Sellers Get A 10×10 Space = $TBD
