    Connecting with nature aids our physical, mental, and emotional health. Join CDLT and CVCH on our final Hike for Health on Saturday, October 11th. This is the final event of the Hike for Health Series, at the iconic Saddle Rock Natura Area. After the walk, we will have FREE food, music, and activities for the whole family.
