Jacobson Preserve Trail Maintenance

Date Thu, 04/12/2018 Time 4 - 6 p.m. RSVP here! The Chelan Douglas Land Trust Presents: Annual spring maintenance of the Jacobson Preserve trails to fix erosion damage and trail tread. Volunteers should plan on hiking about 2 miles and using handtools for earthwork. Bring a water bottle, wear sturdy shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Learn to prepare and preserve bird study skins. This in-depth class will cover all the aspects of taxidermy such as skinning, cleaning, preserving and mounting birds.
