Bat Hang Halloween Party

Location: Riverfront Rock Gym in Wenatchee Come join in the Halloween fun at Riverfront Rock Gym in Wenatchee. A local nonprofit creates biochar using forest waste materials which then go to farms as fertilizer. By making biochar from forest biomass, it helps protect our forests from the risks of wildfire! Jacobson Trail Maintenance

Hosted by Chelan Douglas Land Trust Join us at Jacobson Preserve for annual fall maintenance on the trail system. This work will be moderate and involve hiking up to 1 mile and 500 feet of elevation gain. Most volunteers will be working with hand tools such as hoes and McLeods but a brushing option is available within a short walk of the trailhead, which is lighter work. Kids are welcome!
