Wednesday, February 1st from 7-8pm in WRI’s Red Barn Join WRI and Dale Swedberg to learn about the fire ecology of North Central Washington including fire regimes, fire effects, fire by-products and the integral part fire plays in the health, sustainability, and resilience of the ecosystems where we live, work, and recreate. Twilight Snowshoe Trek
This fun, informative, guided snowshoe trek leaves from the Mission Ridge Base Area and heads up to the Midway Lodge. The pace of each trek is fitted to the group’s interests and abilities. Great for first-time snowshoers and those looking for a unique, non-skiing, on-snow experience.
