☀️ Sun, Skies, and Soaring Eagles! 🦅

What a perfect start to our first WenOut Kids Thursday! We couldn’t have asked for a better day at the Horan Natural Area—crystal blue skies and not a breath of wind.

Our group took a scenic hike out to the eagle’s nest, using the walk to dive into the amazing world of local wildlife that calls Horan home. The highlight? On our way back to Confluence Park, we were treated to a spectacular show: two bald eagles circling directly overhead! One even gave us a grand finale by landing right in the nest as we watched.

Seeing these majestic birds in action is what WenOut Kids is all about—getting outside, learning, and connecting with the nature right in our backyard.
