Personally, my climbing skills have not been increasing much during this time of Covid/quarantine. I came across this great article on the Access Fund website for how to increase strength and flexibility to up your climbing skills especially during the time of Covid and/or quarantine. The article is called Missing Links: Neglected Strengths to Work on During Quarantine. I plan to use these stretches and strength training exercises so that I may be stronger and more flexible this climbing season. Hopefully you can find some inspiration from this article as well.
