Sometimes I find it hard to come up with new ideas when it comes to food for camping or low mileage backpacking. I usually just stick to the easy things that come to mind for me like pasta, soup or dehydrated refried beans. In the interest of trying to be more creative if you are in a food rut like myself, here is a video for a little food inspiration and hacks on how to package food for the low mileage adventures. Time to start prepping and dreaming about your upcoming getaways.
